Mahatma college of Education has well-equipped and spacious Infrastructure facilities. Our college is a two storied building with all modern and digital amenities.
Infrastructure
Multipurpose/ Seminar Hall
Our college has two seminar/multipurpose halls; one in the ground floor and the other in first floor. Both seminar/multipurpose halls have a seating capacity of 240. We also have a mini hall in the ground floor with a seating capacity of 50. Our multipurpose hall contains all digital facilities of a smart room including internet facility.
Classrooms
We have a total of 10 classrooms which are used as option classrooms for both first year and second year students. The classrooms are equipped with projectors and screens.
Playground
Our college has a spacious playground where the activities related to physical education are conducted. Outdoor games are conducted during physical education classes as a regular routine here. Annual sports day is also conducted every year here.
Computer Lab
Our computer lab is well equipped with internet facility and high-speed processors for all computers. Students are given training for using computers and making their teaching practice integrated with ICT.
Option Labs
We have separate labs for all subjects: English, Mathematics, Physical Science, Natural Science and Social Science. Students use the labs for their practical works.
Library
The college has an excellent collection of 5540 books, 16 journals & magazines and non-book materials. All the students, faculty, and non-teaching staff are members of this library. The Library reading space can accommodate more than 50 students. All the services in the library were carried out through computers.
Girls’ and boys’ common room and toilets
We have separate common rooms and toilets for Girls and boys in both the floors. Adequate water facility is available in the toilets and is always kept hygienic.
